Job summary
Eaton Group is seeking an experienced Facilities and Maintenance Manager to lead preventive maintenance and reliability across a manufacturing site in the United States. You will ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operation of buildings, machinery, and utilities.
The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, strong project management, and the ability to oversee complex maintenance projects while coordinating energy management and disaster recovery planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Facilities and Maintenance management in a Manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory experience minimum of 4 years.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe work culture and environment; ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections of buildings, machinery, tools and premises.
- Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, relocation, and layout changes of new production equipment.
- Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs and schedules for all assets.
- Monitor and report on plant energy consumption and efficiency.
- Oversee energy conservation projects and facility continuity for hurricanes and disasters recovery.
- Supervise installation, upkeep, construction and repairs of facilities and equipment.
- Manage documentation of repairs and inspections and schedule department work.
