Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong background in industrial maintenance operations.

• Experience managing capital projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance and engineering operations within the facility.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring timely response to equipment issues and minimizing downtime.
• Provide hands-on support and leadership on the production floor as needed.
• Drive strategic initiatives related to equipment reliability, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Lead capital projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and post-project evaluation.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, including capital expenditures and maintenance costs.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team.
• Establish and track KPIs related to maintenance, reliability, and OEE.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, production, and leadership teams to support business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

This individual will lead both the engineering and maintenance functions, driving reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the facility.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic planning and active involvement on the shop floor. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in industrial maintenance operations and preventative maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all maintenance and engineering operations within the facility
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative maintenance (PM) programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability
• Manage day‑to‑day maintenance activities, ensuring timely response to equipment issues and minimizing production downtime
• Provide hands‑on support and leadership on the production floor as needed
