Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance with supervisory or lead responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of utility buildings, facilities, grounds, and related systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs, schedules, procedures, and facility standards.
• Administer and maintain facility-related contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and performance requirements.
• Supervise, train, assign, and evaluate custodial/maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, inspections, repairs, and facility service agreements.
• Develop scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and recommendations for repairs, improvements, and capital projects.
