Columbus Consolidated Government seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee City-owned building upkeep and upgrades. You will direct maintenance supervisors and trades staff, manage work orders, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

The role requires coordinating with city departments and monitoring performance indicators. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with 3–5 years of related experience and a valid Georgia driver’s license.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.

• Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid Georgia driver’s license.

• Directs and oversees daily operations of maintenance supervisors, skilled trades personnel, and maintenance workers responsible for City-owned buildings and facilities.
• Manages the department's work order system, ensuring requests are reviewed, prioritized, assigned, tracked, and completed timely.
• Monitors daily work assignments, productivity, and completion rates to ensure efficient use of resources.
