The role focuses on supervising service, housekeeping/custodial, and grounds staff, scheduling work, and ensuring timely responses to service requests.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA and CPO certifications, and may possess CAMT certification.

Competenze

• EPA Certification required or preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervises in-house and/or vendor work and coordinates schedules.
• Ensures OSHA safety standards and company safety policies are followed.
• Maintains a 24-hour response time to service requests and performs preventative maintenance.
