Job summary

Insync Staffing Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facility systems and mechanical equipment at Hampden Medical Center in Enola, PA.

The role covers mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate has 1+ year hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on mechanical/equipment repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical or skilled-trades training.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, pumps, fans, compressors, engines, bearings, belts, valves, and other mechanical components.
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry repairs.
• Repair automated doors and related equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues using meters, gauges, and testing instruments.
• Read blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
• Complete work orders and document parts/materials used.
• Assist contractors and other skilled trades as needed.
