Job summary

Strategis Consulting seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician to service buildings and grounds, including mechanical equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will perform minor to semi-complex repairs and assist with parts ordering, while following safety procedures.

This on-site role requires 1–3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Georgia driver’s license. You will work under supervision and support emergency repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Education level equivalent to high school completion or post-secondary certification.
• General Maintenance training is preferred.
• Must have a current Georgia State Driver's License.
• 1-3 plus years of experience in facility repairs.

Responsibilities

• Performs building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance repairs as necessary.
• Implements preventative maintenance measures.
• Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Completes inspections of offices and clinical areas under supervision.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and facilities, including calibrations.
• Maintains safe environment and appearance of facility.
• Meets all in-service requirements.
• Performs other maintenance duties as requested.
