Job summary

Hydro Extrusions in the United States is hiring for a night-shift production role in aluminum extrusion operations. You will stack, inspect, package, label extrusions, assist with material handling, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while meeting quality specs.

The starting pay is $19 per hour, with a $1 shift premium for the 10:30pm–7:00am schedule. High school diploma preferred; forklift experience and ability to lift 50 lbs are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must read and understand basic commands in English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability and safety-consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Stack, inspect, package, and label extrusions per quality specs.
• Remove finished products from production lines and assist with material handling.
• Perform visual quality inspections and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and support general production operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Starting Rate of pay: $19 per hour

Shifts Available and Hours: (10:30pm -7:00am) Sunday-Thursday

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

• Follow all safety procedures and support general production operations as assigned.

Required Education/Experience:

• Must read and understand deliver basic commands in English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or aluminum extrusion experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Familiarity with quality inspection and material handling equipment.
