La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations at our Newton site. You will lead maintenance technicians and collaborate with vendors to ensure safe, efficient facilities and equipment performance.

The role emphasizes TPM implementation, preventive maintenance scheduling, and capital project coordination to support overall productivity and safety across the manufacturing environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Three+ years of Supervisory/Leadership experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and reports.
• Experience with six sigma or formal problem-solving methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance planning and TPM execution for machinery, vehicles, and facilities.
• Manage a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics; set goals and train.
• Develop and control the maintenance budget; pursue cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety compliance; conduct safety inspections and drills.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized services and manage contractor work.
