Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a part of SYNNEX Corporation, seeks a detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee building, grounds, and equipment. You will ensure safety, drive preventive maintenance, and manage contractors while maintaining budgets and compliance with OSHA, 5S, and environmental policies.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facilities maintenance, strong procurement and negotiation skills, and the ability to work extended shifts.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent functions.
• Experience with building operations growth and/or systems development.
• Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical recording tools to track and present operational metrics for power consumption, equipment and building maintenance expenditures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work extended shifts and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure optimal performance, minimize downtime, and maintain safety and operational standards.
• Create detailed reports on maintenance activities, repairs, safety issues, and other facilities-related matters, while conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage contractors, service quotations, price negotiations, and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with all facilities and maintenance-related activities, budgets, and operational requirements.
• Delegate cleaning, facilities, and maintenance-related tasks to team members and stakeholders to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of responsibilities.
• Monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, such as offices, conference rooms, parking lots and outdoor recreation spaces.
