Job summary

Effective communication and strong negotiation skills are required, with flexibility for extended shifts and travel as needed. This role reports into the facilities management team at Hyve Solutions.

Qualifications

• 5 years of facilities maintenance or equivalent functions.
• Electricalian experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and safety issues.
• Negotiate contracts with service providers and manage SLAs.
• Supervise cleaning, facilities, and maintenance-related tasks.
• Coordinate inspections and emergency repairs with vendors.
