Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX company, seeks a detail-oriented Facilities Supervisor to lead our local facilities team in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily ops, handle maintenance and safety, and coordinate with vendors to keep production running smoothly.

The role demands 2–4 years of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and forklift certification, with a focus on reliability, safety, and cost control in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 2–4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Forklift Certified.
• Ability to use powered tools safely.
• Working knowledge of basic construction tools.
• Demonstrates good safety practices.
• Ability to manage vendors.
• Communication, delegation, organization, problem-solving and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports local facilities emergency needs, 24/7.
• Prioritizes daily work of Facilities Techs.
• Supervises local projects as needed.
• Advises manager of expenditures.
• Interacts daily with subordinates and peer groups.
• Provides direct supervision to professional and skilled staff.
• Typically supervises 2+ direct reports.
• Performs basic to moderately complex repairs of equipment, including electrical.
• Supports facilities emergencies.
• Uses a computer for simple tasks.
