Qualifications

• 8-10 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Electrical trade experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee vendors, quotes, SLAs, and budgeting for facilities tasks.
• Delegate tasks to team members and monitor daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and environmental regulations.
