Job summary

The Marvin Group seeks a Manager, Facilities Maintenance in Southern California to lead preventative and predictive maintenance for a manufacturing facility. Based in Inglewood, you will drive uptime, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across MEC, MTS, and MLS under a unified program.

The role requires a 4+ year track record in maintenance leadership within manufacturing, HVAC and electrical systems expertise, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Architecture, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role within manufacturing/contracting.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, robots, PLCs, and plant equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, fire, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Lean principles understood; Lean certification preferred.
• Familiarity with safety, machining, welding, and document control.
• Experience with ACAD, MS Project, SAP or equivalents preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute preventative or predictive maintenance plans.
• Drive maintenance team to achieve uptime and utilization targets.
• Maintain maintenance planning program per policies and directives.
• Assist in strategic facility development planning.
• Provide customer service to internal departments as facilities leader.
• Perform self-inspections of facility systems and programs.
• Prepare budgets, RFQs, policies, and procedures for Maintenance.
• Maintain maintenance records using the Work Order system.
• Prepare assessments of facility issues for executive review.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
