Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group in Kansas City is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the facility maintenance team and ensure operations meet company standards. You will hire and supervise staff, drive preventive/predictive maintenance, manage the budget, coordinate onsite vendor projects, oversee capital equipment purchases, and prioritize safety including lockout/tagout compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the facility maintenance team, including hiring, supervising, and professional development.
• Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls and machinery repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Oversee all onsite vendor projects.
• Manage maintenance operations, equipment, and capital equipment purchases/installation processes.
