Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the maintenance team, ensure safe and compliant operations, and manage budgets for the facility. The role includes supervising the maintenance staff, coordinating repair and service calls, and driving efficiency through breakdown analysis.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with significant related and leadership experience or a high school diploma with extensive relevant experience and leadership. A Master's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years related experience and 4+ years of leadership experience; or HS diploma with 9+ years specific experience and 6+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility maintenance team including hiring, supervision and development.
• Ensure equipment, building and grounds meet company standards and stay operational.
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution.
• Oversee service calls and machinery repairs; assist with troubleshooting.
• Manage facility budgeting and drive loss reduction through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables.
