Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years related experience and 4+ years leadership
• Or High School Diploma/ GED with 9+ years specific experience and 6+ years leadership
• Master’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance team including hiring, supervision, professional development and continuous education opportunities
• Ensure all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Prioritize safety and support Lock Out Tag Out execution
• Oversee service calls and machinery repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Maintain compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables
• Other duties as assigned
