Job summary

Vitro is seeking a Facility Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance and engineering projects across the site, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained in good working order. You will coordinate with R&D, business units and contractors to plan preventive maintenance, schedule repairs and minimize disruptions.

The role requires strong administrative and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage budgets and safety programs to support production and research

Qualifications

• Leadership of maintenance and engineering projects across the facility.
• Ability to manage daily maintenance tasks and coordinate with internal and external staff.
• Develop and maintain safety programs and training across the site.
