Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor in keeping buildings, grounds, and amenities well-maintained and safe in SeaTac, WA. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of apartments and common areas, while assisting with contracted projects to meet specifications.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong problem-solving, and a customer service mindset to deliver a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
Inspect property to identify maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and recommend solutions.
Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
Attend and participate in required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
