Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure all equipment, buildings and grounds meet company standards. The role prioritizes safety and LOTO execution, while supporting timely service calls, repairs, and installation projects.

Responsibilities include budgeting, breakdown analysis to reduce losses, and maintaining an efficient stockroom of consumables. Experience with plastic injection molding is noted as a requirement.

• Oversee preventive/predictive maintenance program and on-site vendor projects.

• Manage maintenance operations and facilities equipment.
• Ensure safety needs are prioritized and Lock Out Tag Out is executed.
• Coordinate service calls and machine repairs; assist mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Oversee facility budgeting and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis.
• Maintain compliant stockroom operation providing necessary consumables for the facility.
• Oversee all on-site vendor projects and capital equipment purchases/ installations.

• The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
• The Facilities Manager ensures all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
• Facilities must have plastic injection molding experience
• As the Facilities Manager, ensure safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
• You will also ensure service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
• The Facilities Manager oversees facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
• Facilities Managers maintain a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
• Facilities Manager ensures a effective Preventive/Predictive Maintenance program.
• Facilities Manager oversees all onsite vendor projects.
• Other duties as assigned

Manage all maintenance operations. Manager the facilities equipment. Manager the new capital equipment purchase and installation processes in the plant.
