Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager for Exeter Job Corps Academy to oversee the facilities maintenance team, plan budgets, train staff, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred technical certification and 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance. A license in Electrician/HVAC/Plumbing is strongly preferred.
