Job summary

Springside Chestnut Hill Academy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across facilities. Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in building trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry).
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational/technical certification is a plus.
• Professional certifications (CMRP, HVAC) desirable; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, and mentors a maintenance team.
• Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules for facilities and equipment.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA and internal policies; conducts safety briefings.
• Manages maintenance budget and inventory; coordinates with vendors and contractors.
• Troubleshoots issues and implements root-cause solutions; maintains records.
