Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a facility maintenance department
• 5+ years maintenance experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Introductory skill set of maintenance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills with reporting ability
• Motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisors and managers on daily operations
• Promote safety and sanitation in all areas
• Coordinate with Planner/Scheduler to complete weekly preventive maintenance
• Ensure all corrective work orders are finished timely and accurately
• Collaborate with other areas to maximize productivity
• Conduct meetings with maintenance staff
• Oversee maintenance testing records
• Track maintenance costs using technology and systems
• Develop and train associates in maintenance tasks
• Assist operations in identifying root causes and recommending changes
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews
