Job summary

Ralphs, a Kroger family company in California, seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our distribution center to maintain and repair automation equipment and the automated selection system. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, and train staff to handle issues.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance in a distribution environment.
• Excellent technical aptitude and skills with control hardware and PLCs.
• Ability to read, analyze and apply complex technical data.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance on automated selection systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventative and predictive tasks, identify and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic malfunctions.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance tasks with Maintenance planning and operations.
• Utilize technical software systems to maintain maintenance records for the distribution center's automated systems.
• Provide technical support to Maintenance and Operations associates.
• Assist in maintaining repair, inspection records.
