Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems.
• Experience managing facility projects, budgets, contractors, and maintenance programs.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms and preventive maintenance.
• Strong vendor management and contractor oversight.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and site leadership.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to work in office, manufacturing, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including building services, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain building infrastructure, utility systems, and facility equipment to maximize uptime, reliability, and performance.
• Use a CMMS to manage work orders, schedules, and service requests.
• Coordinate and respond to emergency repairs and critical facility issues as they arise.
• Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and address maintenance concerns proactively.
• Ensure buildings are clean, safe, functional, and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Coordinate specialized services including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection.
• Support supplier selection, vendor reviews, and contract performance management.
