Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience in building maintenance or construction.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of computers and computer software; familiarity with iPad and mobile devices.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with vendors.
• High school diploma or GED; associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees corrective and preventive maintenance of all properties and facilities.
• Supervises housing facilities technician and drives continual improvement toward 95% passing.
• Assigns work orders, follows up with vendors, and manages daily facility operations across counties.
• Ensure reliable, on-site, 40-hour-week attendance and reporting.
