Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Facilities Maintenance Manager for Exeter Job Corps Academy to oversee the facilities maintenance team, plan budgets, train staff, and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure compliance with quality standards.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with preferred technical certification and 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance. A license in Electrician/HVAC/Plumbing is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance.
• Electrician, HVAC and/or Plumbing license strongly preferred.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage facility maintenance through planning, budgeting, staff training, scheduling and evaluation.
• Coordinate with Center management and oversee subcontractor work.
• Develop energy conservation and preventative maintenance plans.
• Maintain computerized work order system and ensure quality standards.
• Motivate and develop staff; hold them accountable.
