Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager for Exeter Job Corps in Exeter, RI. The role oversees the facilities maintenance team and ensures quality control of all facility-related projects.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience, and preferred licenses in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing. Salary is $60,000 per year with comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree or technical certification preferred.
Three or more years of supervisory experience.
Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing license strongly preferred.

Mansioni

Manage facility maintenance through planning, budget control, staff training, scheduling and evaluation.
Oversee quality control of all facility and equipment subcontract work and third-party projects.
Coordinate with Center Management to ensure construction activities meet quality standards.
Develop and manage the Center’s energy conservation and preventative maintenance plans.
Implement a computerized work order system and ensure timely maintenance.
Provide training and mentorship to staff and ensure accountability for performance.
