Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional technical certs preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Prior supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints; strong safety and OSHA knowledge.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across the facility.
• Lead maintenance team, schedule work, and evaluate performance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting.
• Manage work orders in CMMS and track maintenance history.
• Ensure safety compliance and conduct routine inspections.
• Collaborate with other teams on equipment improvements.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with parts procurement.
• Attend meetings and participate in training and certifications.
