Job summary

Inotiv in Livermore, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead technicians, and ensure safety and reliability of our facilities and equipment. You will manage planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate external contractors, review system docs, and develop KPIs for continuous improvement.

This role requires 3–5 years in maintenance, a related post-secondary certification preferred, and experience supervising teams and working with CAFM systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance or technical experience.
• Post-secondary certification in a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
• Qualifications in mechanical or electrical disciplines.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams and managing external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and product support service technicians; assign daily tasks and monitor progress and performance.
• Oversee in-house maintenance activities (planned and reactive) and supervise outsourced contractors.
• Respond promptly to equipment or building alarms and resolve facility or system failures to minimize disruption.
• Maintain facility equipment lists, documentation, and repair histories.
• Oversee timely completion of maintenance work orders, records, and documentation.
