Job summary

Inotivco is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician II to perform a wide range of maintenance tasks ensuring safe and efficient operation of facility systems. The role requires independent work and teamwork to troubleshoot building systems and equipment across various trades.

The ideal candidate will handle maintenance requests, conduct preventative maintenance, and maintain documentation in CAFM systems, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of maintenance or service experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general contracting).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Owns and resolves maintenance requests; troubleshoots and repairs electrical and mechanical issues, records in CAFM system.
• Completes preventative maintenance as directed.
• Performs repairs and adjustments to equipment and facility infrastructure as needed (doors, locks, windows, flooring).
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Maintains accurate maintenance records and assists with office moves and event setup.
