Job summary

Flowco Holdings Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at our Midland, TX site. The role ensures safe, functional buildings by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will track work, manage inventories, oversee grounds, and respond to emergencies on-call. Strong multi-trade skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational training or 2–5 years of commercial maintenance experience.
• Proven skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to work on-call for emergencies and lift up to 80 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Improve shop and warehouse safety and efficiency.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies to repair issues.
• Monitor building systems: heating, cooling, lighting, alarms, and fire suppression.
• Oversee exterior groundskeeping and janitorial tasks.
• Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain logs of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Assist with various projects and other duties as assigned.
