Qualifications

Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
Five (5) years’ experience in the maintenance field.
Must pass drug screening and background checks.
Valid, active state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Performs repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and equipment including pumps, blowers, and motors.
Maintains pumps, electrical controls and related components, facilities and related equipment, and interior and exterior lighting.
Performs work orders on facility’s buildings and grounds as required.
Makes equipment adjustments and reports serious problems as PM’s in the M plus system.
Maintains records and prepares reports on daily work orders.
Identifies, schedules and coordinates work of outside maintenance contractors.
Follows Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies; uses proper PPE.
Assists with operational tasks as directed by supervisor.
Performs other related functions as assigned.
