Job summary

You will plan projects from drawings, coordinate with internal customers, and document maintenance activities to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more skilled trades.
• Strong knowledge of tools used in building and construction.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Perform journeyworker level repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Plan and manage projects from plans and drawings; maintain records.
• Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and snow removal when needed.
• Operate facility equipment and vehicles; maintain stock and tools.
• Provide preventative maintenance and coordinate with internal customers.
