Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of facilities maintenance experience, with the ability to read blueprints, use hand and power tools, and follow safety

Qualifications

• Basic reading of blueprints and plans.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and repairs.
• Carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical tasks.
• HVAC preventive maintenance for commercial systems.
• Roof maintenance; inspect roofs and gutters.
• Move and arrange office furniture and equipment.
• Document inspections and work orders.
• Support supervisors and lead others when needed.
• Semiconductor Manufacturing Lead experience preferred.
