Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Past industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass physical test (lifting 50 lbs).
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manages CMMS facilities backlog and plans.
• Schedules and responds to emergent work in the facility.
• Leads facilities maintenance personnel and assigns activities.
• Ensures compliance with safe work practices.
• Performs building maintenance (light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC PMs).
• Supports landscaping, janitorial, and warehouse activities.
