Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years facilities or building management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare annual maintenance budget for review by YFC local board.
• Manage Buildings, Grounds, and Systems to ensure a well running, problem free building for employees, guests and visitors; systems include HVAC, Electrical, Life Safety, etc.
• Source price quotes for Labor, Materials, Replacement Parts for all Facilities Maintenance and Repair Projects.
• Oversee maintenance contracts for landscaping, HVAC, Life Safety Systems, Elevators, Janitorial.
• Hands-on repairs: doors/door hardware, minor electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Maintain vendor relationships and manage inventory of supplies.
