Job summary

Grapevine Operating Company LLC seeks a Maintenance Planner in Bakersfield, CA to interface with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and HSSE, ensuring safe and effective maintenance work execution. Role oversees CMMS and Primavera 6 and Maximo, reviews work requests and prioritizes safely and on time.

The position reports to Maintenance Manager, with responsibilities across planning, scoping, and coordination for shutdowns/outages, and ongoing backlog management.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of refinery or chemical plant experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Maximo, HAZOPs, MOC’s, Incident Investigations, and Job Safety Analysis is a plus but not a must-have.
• Ability to quickly and accurately analyze problems and troubleshoot.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with approved maintenance, inspection and turnaround strategies.
• Ensure critical activities are completed on time, on schedule and within budget.
• Assess, screen, risk-evaluate, prioritize, scope, approve, and communicate work requests.
