The role includes performing complex repairs with carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills, and leading a team of vendors/technicians to ensure proper upkeep and safety. The position requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with data systems.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of maintenance or operations experience.
• Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and vendors.
• Proficiency with computer systems to record and track data.
• Must be able to pass post offer background and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment.
• Perform complex building repairs using carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Direct work and supervise vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and systems.
• Conduct weekly and monthly building inspections to identify repairs and safety hazards.
• Schedule and facilitate vendor testing of emergency systems.
• Record data from electrical panels and inspections.
• Provide support for conference room setup and events.
• Maintain receipt and accountability for deliveries and supplies.
