Qualifications

• 3–5 years of apartment, property, facilities, or building maintenance experience.
• 1–3 years of supervisory, leadership, or team management experience.
• CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) certification preferred or required, as applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based systems for work order management, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance team members, ensuring high-quality work, productivity, and resident service.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop maintenance staff while promoting safe work practices and accountability.
• Oversee service requests, work orders, staff schedules, and vendor activities to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs, building inspections, unit inspections, and curb appeal initiatives to preserve assets.

• Review property inspection findings, obtain contractor bids, and assist with capital improvement and maintenance projects.
