Responsibilities

• Supervises crew and plans work, assigns tasks, maintains standards and safety.

• Assists with installation, maintenance and repair of electrical components and wiring.
• Maintains HVAC and refrigeration systems and changes air filters.
• Keeps accurate maintenance/repair records and payroll timekeeping.
• Operates heavy equipment as needed and ensures timely completion of work.
