Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Maintenance Manager to create and manage maintenance programs, coordinate with field teams, and oversee vendor service delivery for club facilities. You will help ensure safety, quality, and timely responses to maintenance requests across locations.

The role requires strong project coordination, budget tracking, and experience with service providers; CPR certification and a valid driver's license are required, with occasional overtime and weekend work expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be punctual.
• This position may require overtime, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely, cost-effective manner.
• Source and manage service programs (HVAC, electrical, doors & locks, life safety, janitorial) within budgets.
• Maintain a master database and coordinate with field organization to ensure service levels.
• Process invoices promptly and monitor budgets for projects and store maintenance.
• Update and distribute weekly maintenance, construction schedules, and reports.
• Train maintenance providers on call service avoidance and prepare related manuals.
