Job Summary

The Facilities Maintenance Laborer - Lead is responsible for ensuring an attractive, safe, comfortable and well-maintained environment for all guests and team members. This position's starting wage is $18.

Essential Functions

1. Develops, maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
2. Able to lead team members during their shift
3. Has the ability to check HVAC equipment using the BMS
4. Trains personnel in some aspects of their position
5. Gardening and cleaning where appropriate
6. Changing of light bulbs
7. Snow removal
8. Painting throughout the facility
9. Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
10. Respond to maintenance calls during the shift
11. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1. High School graduate or equivalent
2. Excellent customer service skills
3. Good mechanical aptitude
4. Read, write, speak, and understand English
5. Excellent written and communication skills
6. Valid driver’s license with good driving record
7. Good knowledge of hand and power tools
8. Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude
9. Knowledge of all promotions and events
10. Able to work flexible shifts
