This position involves performing various duties related to crop cultivation on the employer's farm, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and maintaining crops such as cilantro, parsley, kale, and others. Workers must have the physical strength and endurance to repeat harvesting activities and work efficiently throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

1. Harvesting crops by bending, stooping, and carrying containers weighing approximately 50 lbs.
2. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the fields and packing areas, including proper waste disposal and hand washing.
3. Assisting with field maintenance tasks such as setting up irrigation and removing plastic mulch.
4. Performing building repairs, greenhouse maintenance, and box making as needed.
5. Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met at all times.

Work Schedule and Conditions:

• Regular work schedule: 10 hours/day, Monday-Friday, and 5 hours on Saturday.
• Work may occur in wet conditions, with temperatures ranging from 40°F to over 100°F.
• Workers are expected to work in teams and coordinate tasks accordingly.
