Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must obtain MN Specialist boiler license to get Class 2 pay plus the Shift Differential.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC operation, repair, and proactive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate district facilities equipment and grounds.
• Coordinate with Coordinator/Assistant Coordinator and building principal.
• Perform cleaning tasks in classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
• Support kitchen staff and stock storerooms.
• Monitor and adjust building automation controls.
• Secure the facility and manage security systems.
• Record and report equipment issues and logs in a timely manner.
