Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years custodial, maintenance and grounds-keeping experience preferred.
• LME electrical license required to perform electrical work.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean classrooms, offices, hallways and restrooms.
• Perform light maintenance and basic repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Maintain grounds and lawn areas; trim as needed.
• Monitor supplies and notify supervisor to replenish stocks.
• Assist with electrical work if licensed and permitted.
