Job summary

The Zemba Companies is hiring a General Foreman to supervise the Property Maintenance Technician and subcontractors at Zanesville sites. You will coordinate daily schedules, manage resources, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

You will serve as the liaison between on-site operations and leadership, reporting progress and budget, while solving problems and supporting emergency call-outs as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years general contracting experience in construction.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Property Maintenance Technician and subcontractors.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, resources, and materials for efficiency.
• Enforce safety policies and building codes on site.
• Plan, oversee, and ensure quality of facility maintenance tasks.
• Report progress, budget, and issues to leadership; resolve on-site conflicts.
• Be available for emergency call-out work and coordinate with teams.
