Legends Global is seeking an Engineer I to maintain facility equipment across HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and climate control. You will help manage the physical plant to support successful events in a fast-paced convention center environment.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, ability to read and follow instructions, and a commitment to safety. Strong teamwork and communication are essential for coordinating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited technical school with HVAC training.
• Minimum of 3 years' HVAC maintenance in industrial/commercial settings preferred.
• Experience in operating public assembly, hotel, or similar facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and lighting.
• Inspect facilities for unsafe conditions and perform repairs.
• Complete work orders promptly and document status.
• Assist other departments to ensure smooth convention center operations.
• Adhere to ASM Global safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Respond to alarms from building automation and life-safety systems and act accordingly.
