Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine facility maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and related tasks. You will also complete general cleaning and other duties as assigned, with work hours matching event schedules.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read safety rules, and the stamina to lift up to 50 pounds. Two years of maintenance experience is preferred, with HVAC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; HVAC certificate is a plus.
• Two years of maintenance experience preferred.
• CMRP certification is desirable.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and instructions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work from ladders or heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical maintenance including replacement/repair of fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility support equipment; industrial appliance repair.
• Carry out minor carpentry repairs and drywall work.
• Perform minor to moderate plumbing repairs and replacements; fix leaks and unclog toilets.
• Complete work orders promptly; perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Report safety issues or property damage to supervisor promptly.
• Possess flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed by events.
