Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment data, records and maintenance schedules for all major items/systems.
• Ensure proper start up/shut down of operating equipment at the beginning/end of each day.
• Resolve tenant HVAC complaints; address electrical, plumbing and other tenant requests.
• Ensure prompt, courteous problem resolution and high-quality service to tenants.
